How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited overnight shipping for last-minute celebrations if ordered before 2 PM EST.
Can I customize the contents of my box?
Yes! While we offer pre-designed themes, you can use our 'Build a Box' feature to select individual items that perfectly match your recipient's tastes.
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery network to more international locations soon.
What is your return policy for gift boxes?
Due to the perishable nature of some items, we do not accept returns. However, if your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
